Vote for how many dragons you think POTC3 deserved and write a short paragraph or a few sentences on why. If there's spoilers in your post, say so on the top of it.

Not really a spoiler in mine.
I just didn't like how Will and Elizabeth ended out. I thought the film as a whole was great, but like I said, I just wasn't thrilled with the plot surrounding Will. I liked the action and I thought the movie was executed well. I gave it 4 stars. Lost the last one due to the Will thing that I am still bitter about.

Spoiler-ish. Don't read if you don't want to know. I didn't think it was nearly as bad as people were saying it would be. I just didn't like having to wait 30 minutes for Jack Sparrow to appear. I still hate Orlando Bloom with a passion -- this movie just reinforced that feeling. But there was an awful lot of very good acting in the movie too. Geoffrey Rush is just awesome. I agree with Xyloe, I didn't like how Will and Elizabeth ended. I would have either killed him at the end, or had his father (if possible) take his place. Or hell, have Jack taken his place. Since 4th and 5th movies are being planned, removing the curse from Jack would have been cool. I can't believe they killed Norrington. Especially like that. Stupid morals. I did like Jack's ending. It would have been better if they weren't setting it up for another movie. Despite the things I didn't like, I still give it a 4. It was one of the few movies I've truly enjoyed in the last little while.

I second almost everything Alli said. SPOILERS AHEAD.
Specifically, these are THINGS I DIDN'T LIKE: *The late arrival of Jack in the movie *Norrington.....WHY?!! #sad010# *The end...the Flying Dutchman rightfully belongs to Bootstrap. Everything would have worked out perfectly! *Sao Feng....I felt like his character was poorly developped and he was just there to take up time and give more excuses for battle sequences. *Sao Feng and Elizabeth. If Sao Feng idolizes Calypso, why in the heck would he harrass her?? *Calypso turning into a corny 50s horror film giant. That was just weird.
There are probably more, but I can't remember them just now.
The THINGS I DID LIKE are: *All of the crazy confusing plotlines, with everyone having different motivations and no one knowing what the heck is really going on. *The Tia Dalma-Davy Jones plotline. They should have developped it more. *Barbossa was as great as he always is. *Murtogg and Mullroy!!!! Them alone made my movie experience entirely worthwhile. *Its humor was just as classic as the first and second movies.
Once again, there are a lot more that I can't think of now. That reminds me, I need to see the movie again!
Overall, I think there's no question that this is the worst out of all three. I have great adoration for the movies and my expectations were high, so I admit I was a little let down at some of the choices they made. BUT, I think on the whole it is still a relatively good movie. I was expecting it to be better, but it was ok. I give it 3 1/2-4 stars out of 5.
