It's one of the best movies ever made. NBK, Pulp Fiction etc doesn't deserve top be mentioned anywhere near this movie. Based on Anthony Burgess novel with the same title, so if you like the movie, read it. Read it in any case, Burgess is an amazing writer. Not 100% sure which year it was made, sometimes in the 70s.

Yes I'm very curious about this movie.....how is it weird in its own way? Is it possible to give a quick summary without giving away spoilers?

It's a dark, futuristic society. Young Alex and his friends are constantly getting kicks from violence, both against other gangs as well as innocent people. One day Alex gets caught, and imprisoned. After a while he's chosen to participate in a new project, that will take away his violent tendencies.
That's basically the story. For all the undertext you'll have to see it, saying too much will give away too much.

Clock work orange is so weird! I have a danish friend that said I HAD to see it. He said it was the best movie ever. So I said id rent it and see. MAN! I went in there and asked the clerk where I could find the movie and he looked at me weird and started talking to me (yes I thought he was flirting) now I see why he was looking at me! That movie had no taste and it was sick. Not to mention the "bar" sene in it. If you think this movie was good, I'd like to know how it was. Yes I admit it has that quility that makes it stay in your mind, but NOT because it was a good movie. It was just that sick! If you do watch it id be careful.
