I haven't seen it, but a friend of mine has and said it was the best of all the batman movies. So, I think it should be pretty good.

It was awesome! It was more real not comic book looking like the rest. This movie is the best batman movie ever made. This is the one to see.

I don't know about it being the best... I liked Tim Burton's... But it was very good. I've just never really cared for the actor playing Batman, so that may have ruined it a little for me.

I think Tim Burton's 'Batman' and 'Batman Begins' are on a par with each other. I prefer Frank Miller's 'Batman:Year One' though. 'Batman Begins' took a lot from it.

"Batman: Year One" was what 'Batman Begins' started off as-an adaptation of a comic book written by Frank Miller. You should get your hands on it. It goes more into Gordon and Batman's relationship than it does in the movie and it doesn't have that clichèd bomb on a train climax that the film resorted to, though not many people seem to mind.

Hmm that DOES sound interesting. Is it something I could find at the nearest store? Or is this one of those things I'll have to research a bit for?

You should be able to find it. A book store that has a good graphic novel/comix section or a plain old comics shop.
