The deadline for the new rpg were set to the 17th. Since none signed up, I decided to take a vacation. Well, partly because I'll be taking a couple of weeks LOA soon, so I won't have time to start anything up until mid/late July.
What I will do until I return, is to set up a list where you can sign up if you're interested. It's not necessary to sign up, you can still participate later. And just because you DO sign up, you don't have to participate. But it makes it easier for me to plan the entire thing if I have an idea about how many people there are...
Another thing, during my vacation I will work out some ideas about a rpg set in Middle-Earth, so starting mid-august there will be a rpg set in Tolkiens world. Just like the WOT-rpg it will be set in a time little is written about, so it will not be possible to play as Aragorn or any other main character.
Use this thread to sign up if you're interested, and don't forget to say if you're interested in WOT, Tolkien or both.
Your humble dictator Maj

I'm interested, mostly in a WoT, but I can manage one in Middle Earth as well.

Good, good. Now, make more people sign up. I'm starting to get some ideas that should work pretty well, I think.
And start thinking about your character bios!

I doubt that you'll need to spend hours a day on the RPG. I know I'll not be able to ;-)

Even if you take your time about it and only read two books a week, you'll still have lots of time. Or you could cheat and only read the guide, but I would recomend all of them.

As long as it is only in training, sure, cause there I will help out more with pointing people in the right direction etc. But for the real rpg I expect people to have read at least the first 5-6 books, so they'll have a basic understanding for the world.

Minya, I strongly recommend not being Aiel, because the story I'm working on in my head makes it very hard for Aiel to be in it.
