i havent seen any of his movies...but my friend has the book "Michael Moore is a big, fat, stupid, white guy" or whatever the title is...something like that...seriously...yeah...and my friend let me read this part in the book and it was basically an interview with moore and he said "I don't believe in Capitalism."
you know what that means? communist!!! not for sure...but what else is there?

Heh, don't get me wrong, I'm not sticking up for him, but just because someone doesn't believe in Capitalism, doesn't mean they're a Communist. And did he mean capitalism in general, or just in the US or whatever? I also think that you forget communism isn't necessarily a bad idea, it's the fact that it can not work because people strive for power. Oh, and for anyone who doesn't know what capitalism is (this is off of Dictionary.com), it's "An economic system in which the means of production and distribution are privately or corporately owned and development is proportionate to the accumulation and reinvestment of profits gained in a free market." This is not particularly a good thing. And I've had about enough of politics.

yeah yeah...i knew that would happen. everyone gets into political fights...it was just something i read...try not to look too much into it. but my friend who had the book really doesnt like him...so i can understand what he would think.
and also...communism is something that we've tried to get rid of because in history...it never really worked out...except in cuba maybe...but russia trying to keep their people in the country and when anyone would try to leave they would be killed. how does that sound? i think communism sucks...but that proly only because i've grown up in a capitalist world...

*shakes head* The idea of Communism is good. Maybe people became Communist supporters during the Great Depression because Russia seemed to be one of the few countries who hadn't crashed. It wasn't until after that everyone saw the damage that it was doing... But the idea of it is good. But don't get the wrong impression. I'm not a communist, nor will I ever be. We live in a capitalist world and that's not going to change any time soon as long as industries are essentially running the country... and I think that's what Michael Moore was getting at, though I would probably have to read the whole thing to be sure. Anyways, I think it might be best for me to back out of this before I say something stupid.
