Mostly you just stroll around and make sure you put your nose in everyone elses buisnes.
You can allways check out all the kingdoms, and find one that suits you. Then you ask the ruler of the kingdom if you can be a member. If you find nothing to your liking there are still kingdoms without rulers, of one of them you could make whatever you want.
