It was published by the Dabel Brothers I think, or at least under their authority (the guys who did the New Spring comics)

Oh, okay. I've not had a chance to read that comic, but I've heard a lot about it, and I like their versions of the Forsaken, judging from what people have had the kindness to put online. ^_^
