I definitely recommend Labyrinth, Princess Bride, Beetlejuice, X-men, Hook, and lots more.

How about Corpse Bride (or anything by Tim Burton, really), Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, The Court Jester, Anastasia, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Jabberwocky, Monkeybones, Shrek, Little Shop of Horrors...

Well, there are a few fantasy movies like Mazes and Monsters, and the King's Guard, that may be more of what you're looking for, but they aren't very good.
Try something like Dragonheart or Disney's Sword and the Stone.

Yeah there aren't very many good fantasy movies...a lot of them have bad effects and weak storylines....

Labryinth, Mirrormask, Time Bandits, Alice In Wonderland and Princess Mononoke are pretty good.

I'd also like to add 'The Hunger'. Not sure it really qualifies, but it's about vampires and David Bowie's in it. I don't know anyone else on this planet who's a living embodiment of a fantasy creature more than David Bowie.
