Now envision this, at the end of Two Towers the book (begginnging of ROTK of the movie) Gandalf walks into orthanc, alone, he steps in and all of the sudden Sauruman slowly floats down from the cieling. Some crazy techno music starts playing in the background. Then the nod at each other silently agreeing to leave their powers aside. Then BAM they start to fight with their sticks, as demonstrated by his fighting on the walls at minas tirith Gandalf must be quite skilled with his stick, They begin to fight and eventually Sauruman yields and gandalf breaks his stick, same outcome but MUCH cooler, well theres my idea and im done.
