it's attack of the hehes!!   i really liked how andy serkis became gollum. that's just incredibble. although gollum is still a computer-generated character, andy did an awesome job acting him out in his movements and expressions and stuff. and that voice is wicked! |

didn't he also have to drink this sick honey-type of liquid so his voice wouldn't get hoarse. he had a lot of courage.

 I have no idea who Clay Aiken is but.... As for performances, I'd have to say that, although Pippin is by far my favorite character, Sean Astin did the best in this last fillm. I was watching FOTR today and was almost brought to tears because I realized how far he had come by the end to become Samwise Gamgee. He did such an amazing job at the end, when he gives that speech to Frodo about the Shire and then picks him up off the ground and carries him on his back up Mt. Doom. I know that the actors really didn't care too much about award nominations, but I am going to be honest and say that I was extremely upset when I read that none of the actors got acting nominations.

that was one of my favorite parts in the movie...*quicky wipes away a tear*
i think we all were pretty disappointed that none of them were nominated for that.
