[glow=green,18,300]you click the glow button, then you change it to what ever colour you want(eg green), then you change the number in the first pair of square brackets (the number 2 to a higher number)...
then you copy all of that and delete it...
then you choose the colour black for the words and insert the previously copied stuff into the bit labelled TEXT...[/glow]
