The year is 1873. All events that happened in the Paris opera house three years ago are now just whispers in the wind. Only a few people truly knew what happened that night. The rest came up with there own explanations. Some believed it was the Viscount that set fire to it so he could run off with the chorus girl Christine. Still others said it was the previous owner. Either way with out the Viscount de Changy as the patron anymore, owners Andre and Firmin had to close it's doors and put the opera house up for sale. Only a few months after it had gone up for sale two brothers Evrard and Aiden Leroux came across it. They where men of money and always looking for ways to invest it. They saw the opera house, and tough it needed work they saw great potential in it. It was bought, and they began at once making repairs to it.
Three years later the opera house was back to new as if the fire had never happened. Now that it is once again open the new managers are looking for new employees to fill all the positions. They are filling fast, and while most of the people are new a few people have come back such as Madam Giry and her daughter Meg. While Madam Giry never knew what happen to the phantom she made sure any and all pathways to his layer remained closed, as so no more people would go down there. Tough there was once place within his layer that she missed; the mirror. Now that all the commotion of the past events have died down, Erik has made his way back to his once home to see what was left of it. But to his surprise he finds the opera house open once again and under new management. Being amused by this he has decided to stay to see how these new young managers fair.
Now the only thing left for the opera house to do is find a new leading lady and man, auditions are being held and many people are trying out. But who will get the positions is all the the hands of the Leroux's younger sister Celestine, a young and talented singer who knows a thing or two about what is true talent. Can she handle such a job on her own or will she receive help form a mysterious stranger. Do you think you have what it takes to make it into the lime light, or perhaps that is not for you.
